What we collect
Your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, order history and messages you send us. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal payments by PayPal; we never see or store your full card details.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your orders (contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and enforce purchase limits (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails, only if you opt in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Shopify (store platform and card payments), PayPal (if you choose to pay with PayPal), Royal Mail or other couriers, and our accountants. Some providers process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records for 6 years; marketing data until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
