1. About us

2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock or mispriced, if the order exceeds our per-customer limits, or if it appears to be placed by an automated system or for bulk resale.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Pre-orders
Publishers set pre-order release dates, and these may change. We fulfil pre-orders in the order they were placed. If we cannot fulfil a pre-order in full, we will refund the unfulfilled part.

5. Purchase limits
To keep things fair for collectors, some products are limited per customer, household or address. Orders over the limit may be reduced or cancelled.

6. Delivery
See our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellation and returns
See our Refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Product information
Product images are illustrative. We cannot guarantee what is inside randomised products such as booster packs. Pokémon, One Piece and Magic: The Gathering are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

9. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
