Vale Elite Cards is a trading name of Centurian HI Ltd. If you buy from us online you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
How to cancel
Email hello@valeelitecards.co.uk or call 07807 035422 with your order number, or send us the model cancellation form below. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
Condition of returns
You may handle items as you would in a shop. Sealed products should be returned in their original, unopened factory seal. If a product has been opened or used beyond what is needed to inspect it (for example, booster packs opened or seals removed), we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, as the law allows.
Return address
Vale Elite Cards, Kiosk C, The Valley, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 4DS. We recommend a tracked service. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is your responsibility.
Refunds
We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the items back, or evidence that you have sent them. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the cost of our standard option only.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or incorrect and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage.
Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If a distributor reduces our allocation, we will refund unfulfilled pre-orders in full.
