Refund policy

Vale Elite Cards is a trading name of Centurian HI Ltd. If you buy from us online, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it without giving a reason.

How to cancel
Email hello@valeelitecards.co.uk or call 07807 035422 with your order number, or send us the model cancellation form below. After that, you have another 14 days to send the items back.

Condition of returns
You may handle items as you would in a shop. Sealed products should come back in their original, unopened factory seal. If a product has been opened or used beyond what is needed to inspect it (for example, booster packs opened or seals removed), we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, as the law allows.

Return address
Vale Elite Cards, Kiosk C, The Valley, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 4DS. We recommend a tracked service. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge to your original payment method (card or PayPal). We do this within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of receiving evidence that you have sent them. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund only the cost of our standard option.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage.

Pre-orders
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If a distributor reduces our allocation, we will refund unfulfilled pre-orders in full.
